Ford Transponder Key (H73-PT, 692055)

This key was used for a shorter period of time during the initial phases of Ford transponder key developement. The groove pattern is shared with the older style H60 blank without the center groove. The transponder key has the trasponder embedded into the head and must be programmed before it will work with a vehicle. Many Ford vehicles during this time could be user programmed when 2 existing keys were present. It also can be programmed using a programming machine.
